REGISTRATION FEES

• One participant can make a maximum of 2 oral presentations.
• Abstracts sent to the 18th International Geometry Symposium go through the refereeing process. Please pay the symposium registration fee after your abstract is accepted.
• Each participant has to pay the registration fee.
• “Participation Certificate” will be given to those who pay the participation fee and make their presentations.
• No refund will be made if the participation is canceled.
• For the papers with co-authors, each participant who will attend the symposium must pay the participation fee.
• Participants who can not attend or cancel the symposium cannot claim any rights.

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

  To participate in the 18th International Geometry Symposium with a presentation or as a listener, first of all, the Application form given below must be filled and abstracts for oral presentations should be arranged in English according to the Abstract Format given below. Then send the Application form and the abstracts to the e-mail address 18geosem@inonu.edu.tr

  Abstract papers sent to the 18th International Geometry Symposium pass through the refereeing process. Your abstract report is sent to two random referees in the Scientific Committee and if your referee reports are positive, your report is accepted. If the referee reports are negative, your abstract report will not be accepted. If your abstracts are accepted, you will receive an information mail. The symposium registration fee should be paid after your abstracts are accepted. After the symposium fee has been paid, send your receipt to the e-mail address of 18geosem@inonu.edu.tr.Then the invitation letter will be sent to you.

  **If you are going to attend only as a listener, send the application form and the registration fee receipt to  18geosem@inonu.edu.tr.

  Oral presentations can be made in English or Turkish.
